If you’re considering buying or changing your car insurance anytime soon, you’ll be pleased to know that Martin Lewis’ MoneySavingExpert.com has launched a new comparison tool.
The new tool, named Multiple comparisonwill help drivers find the cheapest and best insurance.
To use the tool, motorists are invited to complete the questionnaire for a single comparator.
You can then find your cheapest insurers to start saving.
The tool then analyzes the possibility that other major comparison sites – and “not on comparisons” – are cheaper.
It will also tell you if you’re too early, too late, or just right when it comes to changing.

On top of that, it offers personalized advice on how you can cut costs, with one-click tests like whether to add another driver.
Speaking about the new tool, Martin said: “Getting the cheapest and best insurance has long been a matter of elbow grease and knowledge.
“Different comparison sites include different insurers, and even when the same companies are listed, they may have different prices for them.
“Some time ago I had an idea of how we could do a lot of the work for you quickly.
“Now the brilliant MSE team has taken my blueprint and built a great new tool. Hopefully this is a game changer.”
After testing the tool last week, one MSE fan said it was “easy to use”, saying: I like the ways to cut costs, especially the best time to buy. Would definitely use again. Saved £40 with better coverage.”
Meanwhile another added: ‘Saved £248 with lower excess, courtesy car and legal cover.’
The tool comes after Martin also made headlines this week as he warned Britons they had days left to get £1,000 from the government for free.
